The One-Stop Commercial Cleaning Company
High Rise Window Cleaning Essex
Tall buildings across Essex take a constant beating from wind, traffic film and rain, and the glass shows it long before anyone puts a complaint in writing. We clean high rise windows on offices, apartment blocks and commercial towers throughout the county, working at height with trained, insured operatives. Every visit is planned around your building, your tenants and your working day. The result is clear glass and a building that looks cared for from street level.

Access Methods We Use on Essex High Rise Buildings
Rope Access – Ideal for narrow frontages, awkward elevations and buildings where bringing machinery on site is impractical or too disruptive.
Cherry Picker and MEWP – A stable platform for open forecourts and car parks, letting us cover large areas of glass quickly and safely.
Reach and Wash Poles – Purified water fed to the pane from ground level, reaching several storeys without ladders and leaving no streaks or residue.
Cradle and Abseil Systems – Where a building already has fixed access equipment, we work with it and inspect it as part of our pre-start checks.

Window Cleaning at Height, Handled Properly
Working above ground floor level changes how a clean has to be organised. Access, equipment and method all need agreeing before anyone leaves the ground, and the paperwork has to stand up to scrutiny from managing agents and insurers. We are BICSc registered, ISOQAR certified and SSIP accredited, and our team is trained and insured for work at height. You get clean windows and a clear record of how the job was carried out.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should high rise windows be cleaned?
Most commercial buildings in Essex benefit from a clean every three to six months. Sites near main roads, building work or the coast usually need visiting more often.
Do tenants need to leave the building during the clean?
No. We work from outside the glass, so occupants can carry on as normal. We simply ask that blinds are open and windows kept shut on the elevations we are working.
What happens if the weather turns on that day?
Safety comes first, so we stop and rebook if wind speeds or conditions make working at height unsafe. You are not charged for a visit we cannot complete.
Can you clean glass that has been neglected for years?
Yes. Heavy build-up, hard water staining and pollution film usually need a restorative first clean before a regular schedule begins. We will tell you upfront what is achievable.
Who is responsible for the risk assessment?
We are. Every high rise job comes with its own method statement and risk assessment, prepared before we arrive and shared with whoever manages the building.
