How We Reach Every Pane
Rope Access – Our IRATA trained operatives abseil from anchor points on the roof, reaching awkward elevations that powered platforms cannot serve without road closures.
Reach and Wash – Telescopic water fed poles clean up to around the fifth floor from ground level, using purified water that dries spot free with no detergent residue.
Cherry Picker and MEWP – Powered access platforms give our teams a stable working position on wider facades, glazed atriums and buildings set back from the pavement.
Cradle and BMU Systems – Where your building has a permanent cradle installed, our operatives are trained to use it and will work to your facilities manager’s schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should high rise windows be cleaned?
Most commercial buildings in Chelmsford benefit from a clean every one to three months. Sites near main roads or rail lines usually need a tighter schedule.
Is rope access safe on an occupied building?
Yes. Rope access is one of the safest methods for work at height when carried out by IRATA trained operatives. Your staff and tenants can carry on as normal throughout.
Do you need access inside the building?
Usually only to reach roof anchor points or a cradle. Everything else is done from outside, so meeting rooms and apartments stay undisturbed.
Can you work outside normal office hours?
We can. Early starts, evening visits and weekend bookings are all possible where a daytime clean would interrupt trading.
What happens if the weather turns on that day?
High winds and storms stop work at height for safety reasons. We monitor conditions, give you early notice and rebook at no extra cost.
